GORKI Golf & Resort will welcome National Final of World Corporate Golf Challenge
This contest, which history started in Great Britain in 1993, unites the strongest businessmen-golfers from all over the world giving the opportunity not only to compete in golf but have productive communications, make new contacts, expand and strengthen the ties, stamp oneself at the international market and open up new horizons.
The golfers can win the right to represent their countries and companies at the World Final during the national finals tournaments. In Russia this contest will be hosted by GORKI Golf & Resort, the Member of World of Leading Golf Association, which has become the official partner of World Corporate Golf Challenge this year.
The flight for the Russian National Final of World Corporate Golf Challenge 2018 can consist of 2 golfers. The main participation requirement is that the companies represented by the golfers must be registered and/or run a business in Russia.
The tournament format - Stableford with 75% of playing handicap of each golfer. The winning flight is determined by the number of Stableford points (with handicap) gained by two golfers after 2 rounds on 36 holes.
Currently the participants can book a practice round and accommodation at GORKI 4* at a special price. The participation fee for a flight (2 golfers) in Russian qualification round ‑30 000 rubles. This is the only fee that is paid during the whole tournament: from the National Final in Russia till the World Final in Portugal.
The winners will compete in the World Final which will take place on 20-24 June in Cascais (Portugal) at Oitavos Dunes golf course created by the legendary golf architect Arthur Hills. The Portuguese golf resort has proved itself as one of the best resorts in Western Europe. All the accommodation, transfer, participation and program costs in Oitavos Dunes are covered by the event's organizer, the flight is paid by the Russian side, GORKI Golf & Resort.
More than 60 golfers - top managers from different economic sectors from 30 countries will take part in the final competition. Besides the main tournament there will be other contests organized for the licensees, guests, sponsors and mass media representatives. Additionally the participants and guests can enjoy the exclusive sightseeing and entertaining program. The interest to the tournament is very high and regularly get covered by global mass media such as BBC and Times.
The application should contain the names of the participants, age, the name of the flight and the exact handicap. The deadline for the applications is 1 June 18:00 Moscow time.
